Powerful Pregnancy Coaching

Prenatal Strength + Birth Preparation Coaching

Every week, your body is changing.

Your hips.
Your core.
Your pelvic floor.
Your ribs.
Your posture.
Your breath.
Your nervous system.
Your pressure system.
Your ability to lift, move, sleep, train, birth, and recover.

The question is not whether pregnancy is going to change your body.

It will.

Pregnancy is not the time to guess.

The question is whether you are going to train with those changes… Or wait until pain, pressure, leaking, birth anxiety, or postpartum chaos forces you to react.

Powerful Pregnancy Coaching is full-service prenatal strength + birth preparation coaching for active pregnant women who refuse to leave their pregnancy, birth, and recovery to chance.

Designed for women between 8 and 40 weeks pregnant who want expert guidance, custom strength programming, pelvic floor preparation, and a clear plan for the body they are bringing into birth and motherhood.

You’ve spent years feeling strong in your body.

And now pregnancy has entered the chat.

Maybe you were lifting before pregnancy.

  • Running.

  • Training.

  • Doing Pilates, CrossFit, barre, yoga, strength training, or whatever makes you feel like yourself.

You are not afraid of hard work. You are afraid of doing the wrong thing… Because suddenly, the advice is everywhere and somehow still completely unhelpful.

“Just listen to your body.”
“Don’t lift too heavy.”
“Walking is enough.”
“Keep doing what you were doing.”
“Stop doing core.”
“Do Kegels.”
“Don’t do Kegels.”
“Modify when you need to.”
“Pregnancy is supposed to be uncomfortable.”

Meanwhile, your body is already giving you information:

  • Your pelvis feels unstable.

  • Your low back or hips are starting to ache.

  • Your ribs feel flared and tight.

  • Your core feels disconnected.

  • Your bladder is acting suspicious.

  • You feel pressure “down there.”

  • Sciatica is making daily life annoying.

  • Your workouts feel confusing.

  • You are scared of making symptoms worse.

  • You want to keep training, but you want to know what is actually safe.

Imagine this instead.

Imagine knowing exactly how to train this week.

Not because some app told every pregnant woman to do the same thing.

But because your plan was built for your body.

Imagine feeling your pelvis get more supported instead of more unstable.

Imagine lifting with confidence instead of wondering if every rep is secretly ruining your core or pelvic floor.

Imagine having a strategy when back pain, pressure, leaking, rib flare, or sciatica shows up.

Imagine walking into birth knowing how your breath, pelvic floor, core, hips, and nervous system work together.

Imagine entering postpartum with tools already in place instead of starting from zero while sleep-deprived, sore, bleeding, and trying to keep a tiny human alive.

Imagine looking back and knowing:

“I did everything I could to support my body.”

That is the goal.

Not perfection.

Preparation.

You do not want pregnancy and postpartum to become the beginning of the end of your strength, vitality, confidence, or relationship with your body.

And you should not have to choose between being “careful” and being powerful.

Most prenatal care monitors the baby.

It does not prepare the mother.

Your OB care matters.

But OB appointments are not designed to teach you how to train your changing body.

They are not built to assess your movement strategy, pelvic floor coordination, pressure management, pushing mechanics, rib mobility, breath patterns, glute strength, core connection, or the way your current symptoms could impact birth and postpartum recovery.

So even the most educated, proactive women are left trying to piece together a plan from:

  • prenatal workout apps

  • random Instagram reels

  • generic “safe for pregnancy” modifications

  • birth classes that explain labor but do not train your body for it

  • vague provider advice

  • Google searches at 11:47 p.m.

  • and the occasional “that’s normal” when something feels very much not fine

You deserve better than “you’ll know when something is wrong.”

You deserve to know what your body needs before things spiral.

This is not prenatal fitness.

This is prenatal strategy.

Powerful Pregnancy Coaching is where strength training, pelvic floor preparation, birth mechanics, symptom strategy, and postpartum planning come together.

Because your pregnant body is not fragile.

But it is changing.

And changing bodies need intelligent support.

Inside this coaching program, we are not throwing random workouts at your belly and hoping for the best.

We are building a body that can:

  • stay strong as your center of gravity shifts

  • support your pelvis as pressure increases

  • manage core and pelvic floor demand with confidence

  • reduce unnecessary pain, tension, and compensation

  • prepare for labor positions and pushing mechanics

  • support a smoother postpartum recovery before birth even happens

  • help you keep feeling like yourself through one of the most physically demanding seasons of your life

You do not rise to the occasion. You fall to your level of preparation.

Let’s prepare.

Welcome to Powerful Pregnancy Coaching

Full-Service Prenatal Strength + Birth Preparation Coaching

This is high-touch, application-only coaching for women who want expert eyes on their pregnancy, their movement, their symptoms, their goals, and their birth preparation.

✖️ You will not be handed a generic prenatal workout calendar and wished good luck.

✔️ You will receive a customized plan that evolves with your body, your trimester, your symptoms, your schedule, and your goals.

This is for the woman who wants to stay strong, mobile, capable, educated, and deeply supported from pregnancy through birth. (And often, into postpartum recovery too.)

Inside Powerful Pregnancy Coaching, You’ll Receive:

  • Every month, we meet to assess where you are, what is changing, what symptoms are showing up, what phase of pregnancy you are entering, and what your body needs next.

These calls are where we zoom out, strategize, troubleshoot, and make sure your training and birth preparation are actually matching your real life.

  • Your workouts are built for your body and delivered through Trainerize.

This is not a prenatal fitness app.

Your programming adapts based on your symptoms, strength, schedule, equipment, stage of pregnancy, and goals. You’ll know what to do, how to modify, what to avoid, what to progress, and when to shift your training focus. Because “just stay active” is not a plan.

  • This is your evolving clinical-grade roadmap for pregnancy. Your playbook helps connect the dots between what is happening in your body and what we are doing about it.

    It may include:

    • Forecast of your anatomical, physiological & hormonal changes coming month to month

    • Strength & Mobility focus areas

    • Rehab strategies

    • Birth Prep strategies

    • Early postpartum planning

  • Pregnancy changes quickly. Your support should not wait until next month.

Each week, you’ll check in so we can adjust your plan, celebrate wins, troubleshoot symptoms, and make sure your workouts still make sense for your body. This is where consistency becomes realistic. Because the plan only works if it works in your actual life.

  • Have a question about a workout modification?

    Feeling new pelvic pressure?

Wondering if a symptom is something to adjust for?

Need help deciding whether to scale, pause, progress, or shift?

You’ll have messaging support through Trainerize so you are not left spiraling between appointments, Googling your way through pregnancy anxiety.

  • Your pelvic floor is not something to ignore until postpartum.

And pelvic floor prep is not just Kegels.

You’ll learn how to support, coordinate, relax, strengthen, and prepare your pelvic floor for the demands of pregnancy, birth, and recovery.

BONUS:

Birth Prep Course Access Included

As a full-service prenatal coaching client, you’ll also receive access to my Birth Prep Course.

This gives you the foundational education and pelvic floor-specific tools to prepare for birth, while our coaching work customizes that information to your body and your pregnancy.

Because education is powerful.

But individualized application is where the magic happens.

Will Virtual Care Actually Work?

I’ve worked in a hospital system, private outpatient clinic, cash-clinic, and virtually.

Here’s why my virtual clients do better.

WHY VIRTUAL COACHING?

Because your real life is not happening inside a clinic room.

It is happening in your kitchen.

In your workouts.

On your walks.

On the floor with your toddler.

In the middle of the night when your hip hurts.

During the set of squats where something feels off.

On the day your pelvic pressure suddenly shows up and you do not want to wait two weeks for an appointment to ask what to do.

Virtual care allows us to support your body inside the life you are actually living.

No clinic commute.
No childcare scramble.
No waiting room.
No insurance hoops.
No one-size-fits-all printout.
No “see you next week, good luck until then.”

Instead, you get a plan, support, check-ins, programming, education, and real-time guidance that moves with you.

This is not less than in-person care.

OUTPERFORMING CLINIC CARE

In-clinic pelvic floor PT can be valuable.

But traditional care is often limited by time, insurance rules, location, waitlists, and a model that treats symptoms after they become disruptive.

Powerful Pregnancy Coaching is built differently.

This is proactive.

This is whole-body.

This is flexible.

This is strength, pelvic floor, mobility, breathwork, symptom strategy, birth preparation, and postpartum planning in one place.

You are not just getting a body part treated.

You are getting your pregnancy body coached.

And that distinction matters.

Because you do not need someone to tell you to stop moving.

You need someone who knows how to help you move well.

What happens after you apply?

When you click APPLY NOW, you’ll complete a short application so I can understand your pregnancy, symptoms, goals, training history, and level of support needed.

From there:

  1. I review your application.

  2. If it looks like a strong fit, you’ll receive an approval email.

  3. You’ll receive your contract and proposal.

  4. Once your first payment is complete, you’ll book your first coaching call.

  5. You’ll get access to your coaching systems and we’ll begin building your plan.

Because I only take up to 5 new clients per month total across prenatal and postpartum care, applying does not guarantee enrollment.

It tells me you are ready to be considered for a spot.

ABOUT ME:

A man and two young girls on rocks by the ocean, with waves and a clear sky in the background.

I’m Dr. Natalie Forsell, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic floor physical therapist, prenatal and postpartum coach, and a mother who has lived the difference between being technically “fine” and actually feeling supported in her body.

I became a pelvic floor PT because I knew mothers deserved better.

But I became this kind of provider because motherhood humbled me.

After my first living daughter was born, I had the credentials, the athletic background, and the clinical knowledge—and I still found myself in a postpartum body I barely recognized.

My first birth was a 60-hour labor that ended in a hospital transfer.

Postpartum, I dealt with symptoms I never imagined would be part of my story: back pain, numbness, core weakness, pelvic pain, painful sex, migraines, constipation, rib flare, and a deep disconnection from the body I thought I knew.

And the care I received was not enough.

That experience changed everything.

When I prepared for my next birth, I approached pregnancy differently. I trained my body differently. I supported my pelvic floor differently. I prepared for postpartum differently.

And my second birth and recovery showed me what is possible when preparation starts before the crisis.

Now, as a mother, clinician, and currently pregnant woman myself, I coach women through pregnancy with the care I believe every mother deserves:

Expert support.
Real strategy.
Strength without fear.
Birth prep that actually includes the body.
Postpartum planning before postpartum begins.

I am not here to treat you like a porcelain doll.

I am here to help you feel powerful, prepared, and at home in your body as you become a mother.

FAQs

  • This program is designed for women to begin between 8 and 28 weeks pregnant.

The earlier we start, the more time we have to build strength, address symptoms, prepare your pelvic floor, and create a smoother transition into birth and postpartum.

One month is better than doing nothing.

But three months or more gives us the space to create real change.

  • Because this is high-touch coaching, not a mass-market workout program.

I only take up to 5 new clients per month total across prenatal and postpartum care so I can preserve the quality of support my clients receive.

The application helps me understand your needs, your goals, your symptoms, your pregnancy, and whether this is the right fit.

It also helps me make sure I am bringing women into this space who are ready to invest, participate, and follow through.

  • Powerful Pregnancy Coaching is $500/month.

There is a 3-month minimum commitment, making the initial investment $1,500.

After that, care continues month-to-month based on your needs and where you are in pregnancy.

There are payment plans available and these services may be covered by FSA/HSA funds.

  • No, I do not accept insurance.

This allows me to provide care outside the restrictions of insurance-based models, including coaching, strength programming, messaging support, pelvic floor education, birth preparation, and ongoing strategy.

Depending on your plan, you may be able to use FSA funds.

  • Your plan is built around your real life.

    Most clients can expect:

    • weekly workouts programmed through Trainerize

    • a short weekly check-in message

    • one monthly coaching call

    • unlimited messaging as questions come up

    • mobility, breathwork, or symptom tools based on need

This is not about adding a second job to your pregnancy.

It is about making the movement and prep you are already trying to do more intentional, effective, and supportive.

  • Perfect.

This program is especially powerful for women who have a history of being active and do not want pregnancy to become the season where they lose all trust in their body.

We will help you continue training with more clarity, better strategy, and appropriate modifications as your body changes.

You do not need to stop being strong because you are pregnant.

You need a better plan for strength.

  • You do not need to be an athlete to benefit from this program.

If you are ready to build strength safely and consistently during pregnancy, we can meet you where you are.

Your plan will be customized to your current capacity, symptoms, equipment, energy, and goals.

  • This program is designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized experience in pelvic floor, prenatal, and postpartum rehabilitation.

That said, this does not replace medical care.

You are responsible for staying under the care of your OB, midwife, or medical provider, and receiving any necessary medical clearance for exercise.

If something is outside my scope, I will refer you back to your provider.

  • It depends.

Some high-risk pregnancies still allow for movement and strength work with appropriate medical clearance and modifications.

    Others require more restriction.

Your application will help me understand your situation. If needed, I may ask you to confirm clearance with your medical provider before beginning.

  • That is exactly why this support matters.

Pain and symptoms are your body asking for a better strategy.

Inside coaching, we can adjust your training, improve your movement mechanics, support your breath and pressure system, address mobility restrictions, and create a plan that reduces unnecessary irritation instead of telling you to simply stop moving.

This is not about pushing through symptoms.

It is about learning how to respond intelligently.

  • Then you are exactly the woman this was built for.

You should not have to choose between doing nothing and accidentally overdoing it.

This program gives you expert guidance so you can stop guessing and start understanding what your body is telling you.

  • Apps give workouts.

    This gives strategy.

An app does not know if your pelvis started hurting this week.

It does not know if your rib flare is making breathing harder.

It does not know if your leaking started after a specific exercise.

It does not know your birth goals, training history, symptoms, equipment, schedule, or postpartum fears.

Powerful Pregnancy Coaching is personalized, responsive, and built around your body.

  • In-person pelvic floor PT can be wonderful.

But many clinic models are limited by insurance, scheduling, commute time, short visits, and symptom-based care.

This program gives you ongoing support across the full picture:

strength, pelvic floor, mobility, breathwork, birth preparation, symptom management, messaging, and weekly programming.

You do not just get a visit.

    You get a plan.

  • Yes.

Your pelvic floor does not exist in isolation.

It works with your breath, core, hips, ribs, posture, pressure system, nervous system, and movement habits.

There is so much we can assess, coach, and improve virtually through education, movement, symptom response, programming, and strategy.

You do not need someone’s hands on your body every week to make meaningful progress.

You need the right plan and the right support.

  • This work still matters.

If you have decreased sensation during labor, body awareness, positioning, partner support, pelvic mobility, pressure management, and pushing strategy become even more important.

Birth prep is not only for unmedicated birth.

It is for every woman who wants to bring a more prepared body into the birth room.

  • Item descYou still need prenatal strength, pelvic floor support, breathwork, mobility, and postpartum preparation.

    A C-section is birth.

And it is major abdominal surgery.

Preparing your body before surgery can support your comfort, strength, mobility, pressure management, and recovery afterward.

We will adjust your plan based on your birth goals and medical needs.ription

  • Amazing.

This does not replace your birth team.

    It fills a different gap.

Your doula may support your emotional and birth-room experience.

Your OB or midwife monitors medical safety.

Your trainer may help with general fitness.

I help connect the missing pieces between prenatal strength, pelvic floor function, birth mechanics, symptom strategy, and postpartum recovery.

This is the body-based preparation most women are never actually taught.

  • Yes.

As a full-service coaching client, you receive access to my Birth Prep Course, which teaches pelvic floor-specific birth preparation, pushing strategy, labor tools, and body-based education for birth.

Inside coaching, we personalize that information to you.

  • Your workouts and messaging support are delivered through Trainerize.

Your coaching calls and course access are supported through Kajabi.

Everything is designed to be simple, accessible, and easy to use from home.

  • We get to work.

Earlier is ideal, but it is not too late.

We will prioritize the highest-impact areas for your body based on your symptoms, strength, birth goals, and remaining time before delivery.

The goal is not to do everything.

The goal is to do the right things.

  • Yes.

Many prenatal clients continue transition into the Postpartum Recovery Program between 4-6 weeks postpartum so their support does not abruptly stop when the baby arrives.

This is often the smoothest path because we already know your body, your birth goals, your symptoms, your movement patterns, and your recovery priorities.

Learn more about the Postpartum Recovery Program here!

  • Only you can decide what level of support you want during pregnancy.

    But here is the truth:

    You can replace the stroller.

You can replace the nursery item.

You can replace the cute pregnancy purchase.

You cannot go back and give your pregnancy body the support it needed once you are already in the thick of birth recovery, pain, leaking, pressure, or fear around movement.

This investment is not just about pregnancy.

It is about protecting the body you are bringing into birth, postpartum, motherhood, and the rest of your life.

  • If I do not think this is the right fit, I will tell you.

That may be because your needs are outside my scope, because a different level of care is more appropriate, or because spots are full.

The application process helps protect both of us.

  • If you are pregnant, active or wanting to be active, and tired of guessing your way through strength, symptoms, pelvic floor prep, birth preparation, and postpartum planning…

    Apply now.

    Your body is already changing.

Let’s make sure your support changes with it.
